Hоw Does Yoga Help Bасk Pаіn?
1. Light Low-Impact Movement

Whеthеr уоgа іѕ fоr you or nоt аlѕо depends оn thе ѕеvеrіtу оf your back раіn. If уоu have a ѕеrіоuѕ рrоblеm such as a ѕріnаl соndіtіоn, yoga may hеlр rеduсе thе раіn, but you mау nееd specific trеаtmеnt tо hеlр fіnd relief аnd correct thе рrоblеm. How to get ready for the class?
1- Eat something very light an hour before class. For example Fruit + Protein: A piece of high fibre fruit plus protein, like an apple with nut butter, is a good go-to. A bowl of berries with a little yoghurt is another option. A banana is also a great choice. Nuts: A handful of almonds is a staple or substitute for your favourite nuts. Bar: The high fibre, high protein, low sugar bar of your choice. Make sure you don’t go to a class with an empty stomach because that might distract you from the class.
2- Avoid drinking too much water before the class. However, bring a bottle of water so you can sip from it if you need to.
3- Wear something comfortable, nothing too tight. Leggings and sweatpants are commonly used when practicing yoga. No need to use socks during the class unless the teacher suggests it for some yoga poses. You can also bring a light sweater for the final part of the class, although you will find some blankets available in the studio as well.
4- Bring your own yoga mat and bottle of water.
5- Make sure that you arrive at least 5 minutes earlier to the yoga room so you have time to settle down and get ready for what’s ahead without a rush.
After class, you can eat whenever you feel hungry, though you may notice that the attention you’ve given to your body during class encourages you to keep it light and healthy, which is one of the ways yoga can also help you lose weight. This is a wellness practice and you will see its effects in many areas of your life.
