You only need:

  • A yoga mat or towel
  • comfortable clothing
  • no socks on (for better grip)
  • a blanket
  • tea or water
  • a belt
  • a cushion (if you can for the seated positions)
  • a laptop
  • a quiet room if possible,
  • light some candles away from the mat for precaution, but close enough you can see/smell them
